Coaching Course Request Form

Please use this form for requests to host a Grassroots Practical Coaching Course in your community.

LDSA will submit your request to Alberta Soccer and advise of the status once it has been approved by ASA.

3 weeks lead time is required by ASA for all workshop requests.

Grassroots Coach Education Hosting Guideline

Active Start (U5) - 2 hours

FUNdamentals (U7/U9) - 3 hours

Learn to Train (U11) - 4 hours

Soccer for Life (U13+) - 4 hours

I understand that if we have less than 12 participants we will need to provide stage appropriate players suitable to the task of "Coaching Coaches" (e.g. U13+ players for S4L) for 100% of the field work.

As host we agree to provide the following: 1 ball per person; 4 sets of 10 pinnies (4 colors); 30 disks or cones; 2 portable goals; 1 fully stocked first aid kit
